SJHL Proud Parents - 2015 Graduates

Eleanor Roosevelt said it best, "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
Here's our group of dreamers and achievers.

At left is our youngest graduate, Cooper Bohme, son of Andrew and Shelley Bohme. Cooper recently graduated Pre-school from Kids Kampus. Cooper is looking forward to attending Kindergarten in McPherson this fall.

Cooper has set his sights on being a Paleontologist when he grows up!

Next up i
s our extra proud mom, Steph Thurman, as she had two sons graduate this May.
Clay Johnson, her youngest son, graduated from OFL Charter School in Los Angeles, California.

Clay plans to attend Santa Monica College in the fall.

Steph's oldest son, Layne Johnson, graduated from Kansas University with his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, with a minor in Economics.

Layne has accepted a position with Union Pacific Railroad in Omaha, Nebraska as a Transportation Operations Manager.

Katelyn Graber, daughter of Kandy and Kevin Graber, graduated from Tabor College with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.

Kate has accepted a position at St. John-Hudson teaching 2nd grade this fall. She is excited to start her career at St. John and has already found her new home there.

Fun Fact: Kate is wearing the same cap and gown Kandy wore when she graduated from K-State 30 years ago!

Rounding out our 2015 graduates is Christy Peterson, daughter of Denise and Corey Peterson. Christy graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology (dual degree) from the Honors Program at Kansas State University, Magna Cum Laude.

Christy has been accepted to KU Medical School and is excited to start with her "white coat ceremony" this July in Kansas City.

Congratulations to all of our graduates and their parents!
