June Winners

Jul 30, 2012

Believe it or not, we had some different winners in our monthly Patronization Program drawing! We even had a client recognized that had yet to be drawn. Swindoll, Janzen, Hawk & Loyd's Patronization Program encourages staff to take their business to clients. Every month staff receive raffle tickets for each receipt they turn in from a client's business and then two winners are drawn. We had 19 clients represented in June's drawing. Congratulations to Donna Fadenrecht and Marie Shields on their winnings!

Smoky Valley NurseryDonna was one of our lucky winners due to her business at Smoky Valley Nursery in McPherson. Smoky Valley Nursery is the perfect place for those with or without a green thumb. They have got everything you need in order to lay flag stone for a walk way or start a garden. Owner, Jeff Chambers, states, "We are a full-service nursery and can do your projects from start to finish." The Nursery specializes in trees and has over 30,000 trees and shrubs. Quick tip: Fall is the best season to plant trees! You can stop by Monday through Saturday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 600 W. Northview (between Main and Old U.S. 81) in McPherson.

Scott's Hometown FoodsMarie's big win came from her visits to Scott's Hometown Foods in Lindsborg. Scott's is a full-service grocery store that has been servicing Lindsborg and the surrounding areas since 1994 and is owned by Scott and Susan Achenbach. In addition to grocery, Scott's offers a hot deli, salad bar, soda fountain machine, faxing and money order services. A unique offering they provide is a wide selection of Swedish and Scandinavian foods. Their website even has a special section dedicated to these foods that allows you to order them online as well as their weekly ad. You can shop at Scott's Hometown Foods located at 215 Harrison in Lindsborg Monday through Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. And don't forget you can order their specialty foods online any time!

Congratulations again to Donna and Marie and a big thank you to our clients! Be sure and stop by Smoky Valley Nursery and Scott's Hometown Foods when you're ready to plant some trees or make some Swedish waffles!
