100 Years…and Counting

Jul 21, 2011

Congratulations to McPherson Concrete Products, Co.! This year marks the company's one hundred year anniversary. McPherson Concrete Products began in 1911 when Lambert Anderson, a farmer, built a silo using concrete staves rather than the traditional redwood staves. One hundred years later, the company is one of the largest builders of commercial grain structures in the Midwest and is still family owned and operated by Lambert's grandson Chris Anderson. Many other family members are also still involved with the business. Learn more about McPherson Concrete Products' history at http://www.mcphersonconcrete.com/aboutus.htm.

Chris attributes McPherson Concrete Products' success to his grandfather and father's vision and their perseverance, as well as the company's wonderful employees. He stated, "I am lucky to be surrounded by such a good bunch. They 'get it,' and have really gotten the job done these past 20 to 30 years."

Swindoll, Janzen, Hawk & Loyd, LLC is proud to work with great people and businesses, like McPherson Concrete Products, Co., that evolve and continue to grow and be successful. Cheers to the next hundred years! www.sjhl.com
